THREE

For almost 2 months now Camryn has been introducing herself (to anyone who will listen) by saying "My name's Camryn, I'm 3." Apparently Elody has been listening because now she is sure that she is also THREE! I love her cute little voice so I had to add this video to the blog :) Even cuter though is watching Elody watch this video! She says everything right with the video and gets very excited when she watches herself!

"The one is one and the two is two"

Camryn's new favorite activity is hopscotch. A couple weeks ago she couldn't hop at all and now she is getting pretty good. It is fun to watch her because she is so determined to do it and she just keeps working at it and improving each time! We had been outside for a while and when daddy got home Camryn decided that she needed to teach him how to do it. It was so cute watching her try to explain it, she kept telling him "the one is one, and the two is two" (trying to explain when he had to hop on one foot and when he could use two).


I am posting this before the video has completely processed so I hope it works. I will check it tomorrow and fix it if it doesn't... Remember you can click the title of this post to watch the video larger on YouTube.

Another note on Videos

Some of these videos are loading very slowly on the blog. It is much easier if you click on the pink title of the post which will take you to the You Tube site. It loads faster and bigger and you don't have to worry about pausing the music. Let me know if any of the videos aren't working for you.

Playing outside July 8, 2010

This video isn't anything great but I thought it was kind of a fun one. Apparently the 4-wheeler isn't fast enough for Elody so she decided pushing it would be a better option :) Also the 'song' Camryn sings is what the purse sings when she turns it on, it is hard to hear the purse on here though.

Elody also wanted to show off how smart she is and we finally caught a little on video. I have no idea why she wouldn't do hair because it is usually her favorite (well maybe a close second to her belly button!)

a few new pics

I attempted to take some new pictures of the girls tonight, unfortunately neither one was in the mood! I guess having a playground in sight is not a good idea when you are trying to get small children to pose! I did get a couple that I thought were worth sharing...

I LOVE the location of this picture so maybe we will try again sometime. I could not get Camryn to smile for me and the wind was blowing pretty hard so her hair was going everywhere. This one I didn't think was too bad...

This is kind of a cheesy smile but at least she doesn't look like she is in pain like she usually does when she tries to smile!

I thought this one was kind of cute too.

Well I got Elody to sit long enough to get one half way decent picture, I guess that is a success!
